Blend and slowly add 3 cups of chicken broth. Finally, add 1 cup of natural yogurt and blend again until creamy. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Pour the mixture into bowls, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled. Serve in consommé dishes. Garnish each one with a spoonful of natural yogurt and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Serve 4 portions.
