1 cup of plain natural yogurt
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of crushed garlic
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1 cup of plain natural yogurt

Boil the potatoes and cook them with their skins in salted water until they're tender but still firm, then drain and let them cool down
Assemble the skewers by alternating between potatoes and tomatoes
Grill for three minutes
For the sauce:
Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve with the skewer.
