8-12 large tomato slices

Arrange the tomatoes in a bowl
Mix all ingredients together, except for the lettuce and green onion
Pour over the tomatoes
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld
A little before serving, arrange the tomatoes on top of the lettuce, sprinkle with green onion and drizzle with the dressing
Serve within 4-6 hours.
