Soak the dried meat in water for four hours, changing the water occasionally. Reserve

Drain the meat and combine it with the onion, bell pepper, and garlic
Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat
Add the meat and spices and fry for 10 minutes or until the meat is tender
Remove from heat and let cool
Transfer the meat to a mortar and grind with tapioca flour until a farofa forms
Serve with sliced bananas.
