3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup strawberry, diced
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the strawberries and mix vigorously until a smooth batter forms
Add the fruit and mix delicately
Place one-quarter of that batter in a flat plate and microwave on high for 2 minutes
Remove the pancake from the plate, reserve it in a container and repeat the process until all the batter is used up
Serve with honey or ice cream and a juice.
