Caramelize the form with sugar
Blend in a blender the banana, eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice
Add grated lemon peel and place it in the caramelized form
Put it in a preheated oven at 180°C in a water bath for 40 minutes
Remove from the oven, let it cool, and unmold
Accompaniment
In a pan, combine sugar and put it over low heat, stirring constantly until it's melted and golden brown
Add water, bring to a boil, add banana slices, and stir until they're covered with caramel
Remove from the heat, let it cool, and serve with chilled pudding
