120 grams of bittersweet chocolate, melted
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of shredded coconut

Beat the eggs and sugar until pale yellow
Add the melted butter or margarine
Pulse together: flour, yeast, and salt
Gradually add to the mixture, mixing well
Reserve 1 cup of dough
Add the remaining dough, the vanilla extract, and chocolate to it
Spread 1 1/2 cups of the chocolate mixture into a 35x23 cm greased baking dish
Mix together: reserved dough, remaining coconut, and vanilla extract
Distribute evenly over the chocolate mixture
Cover with the remaining chocolate mixture
Bake in a preheated oven at moderate heat (180°C) for 30 minutes
Let it cool and cut into 5 cm squares.
