In a non-stick skillet, combine the sugar and butter, mixing well
Cook until caramelized
Add the corn kernels and mix well
Avoid adding the corn too early, as it can become mushy and sticky

Spread the filling over six dough disks and fold them like packages

Beat the heavy cream into stiff peaks, then add the sugar and mix delicately
Serve a small portion with each package.
