1 round Italian pepper, 20 cm in diameter
5 slices of bacon (110 g)
350 g ground beef
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 can of tomato sauce (350 g)
1 small green pimento, cut into rings (70 g)
1 small red pimento, cut into rings (70 g)
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 round Italian pepper, 20 cm in diameter

Remove one lid from the Italian pepper (use it for other purposes)
Cut the Italian pepper into three round slices
Spoon tomato sauce over the slices
Fry the bacon until crispy
Drain and chop
Brown the ground beef in olive oil
Spread over the tomato sauce
Top with pimento rings and bacon
Dust with grated mozzarella cheese
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
