5 slices of pork formed into small pieces
1/2 cup of milk
500g of ground beef (mashed twice)
Salt and black pepper to taste

For the sauce: 1 can of tuna (170g) drained and mashed - 170g, 2 cups of chicken broth - 480ml, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise (optional), Chopped parsley to taste

Soak the pork in milk, mix with ground beef, salt, and black pepper
Form into patties
Dip in lightly beaten egg and then breadcrumbs
Fry in hot oil until browned on both sides
For the sauce: In a pan, combine tuna and cornstarch dissolved in chicken broth
Stir constantly until thickened
Blend the sauce in a blender, then return to the pan and place the patties in it to warm through
Serve with the sauce spooned over each patty
If desired, drizzle with mayonnaise and sprinkle with parsley
Serve 6 portions.
