Crumb the ricotta with a fork and gradually add in small amounts of mayonnaise, until both ingredients form a lumpy paste
If desired, you can add a pinch of black pepper
Place a generous spoonful of the paste on each slice of black pudding, arranging them in the following manner: place one slice of black pudding in the center of a plate and, on top of it, five rolls of prosciutto-style black-pudding
Alternate three strawberries in the middle of each roll
Place the other slice of black pudding, covering half of the first arrangement and garnish with alternating rows of two strawberries and one roll of prosciutto-style black-pudding
