1 banana pepper
1 tablespoon of flavorless gelatin
1/2 cup of cold water
1/2 tablespoon of mustard
salt and black pepper to taste
2 cups of cooked prosciutto, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon of pickled peppers, chopped
1/2 cup of whipped cream or canned whipped cream without the serum

In a saucepan, soak the gelatin in cold water
Heat it over low heat until it's dissolved
Put the prosciutto, green pepper, and pickled peppers in the refrigerator to firm up slightly
Add the whipped cream and mix delicately
Cut off one end of the ham roll, remove the bone and fill it
Put the cut end back on and wrap in aluminum foil
Refrigerate until the filling is firm
When serving, slice into thin rounds.
