1 kg of ground beef
100 g of bacon
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 or 2 malagueta peppers
chopped fresh parsley
finely chopped onion and garlic to taste
Filling
200 g of black plums
1 small box of raisins
4 to 5 hard-boiled eggs
100 g of butter

Filling

Process the beef and bacon twice in a meat grinder
Combine the egg, yolks, flours, and mix until smooth
Season with parsley, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and malagueta peppers
Spread the mixture onto a well-greased aluminum foil, to a thickness of 1cm
Form into a rectangle the size of the baking dish
Cover with chopped eggs, raisins, and plums
Top with melted butter
Roll up lifting the foil like a roulade
Place in the greased baking dish with the seam facing down
Drizzle with more butter and bake at moderate heat
