Blend all the ingredients, except for the flour, in a blender
In a bowl, place the mixture obtained and mix in the flour
Mix well with a spoon until you get a homogeneous dough
Cover with a clean cloth and let it rise for at least an hour

Dust a smooth surface with wheat flour, place the dough on top, and roll it out with a rolling pin
Roll it into a croissant shape, transfer it to the mold, and let it rise for another 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
If you don't consume the entire loaf at once, wrap it in plastic wrap
It stays good for up to three days.
