Preheat the oven to 180°C (medium)
Grease a 24.5 cm diameter and 9.5 cm high cake pan with butter and line it with parchment paper (see step-by-step guide on the next page)
In a mixer, beat the eggs with flour until you get a light, yellow-colored mixture (about 15 minutes)
Gradually add the wheat flour while continuing to beat until you get a homogeneous and lightweight dough (about 8 minutes)
Transfer it to the prepared cake pan and bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dough comes out clean (about 40 minutes)
Let it cool, remove from the mold onto a decorative plate, and carefully remove the parchment paper
Serve at room temperature
