In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk with the lemon juice until it thickens and becomes paste-like
Refrigerate
Blend the biscotti into fine crumbs in a blender
Combine the crumb mixture with the melted butter in a bowl and mix well
Using this mixture, line the bottom and sides of a refrigerator-safe mold, pressing firmly with the back of a spoon
Bake in a moderate preheated oven (180°C) for 5 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool
Fill with the cream
Use a small spoon to push a little of the biscotti mixture over the cream to form a decorative border
Refrigerate until serving time, serves 6
