Dough
1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
50g of unsalted butter
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 egg
Filling
4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
100g of white cheese
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of milk
1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Dough
Sift together flour and yeast
Make a well in the center, and add butter and granulated sugar
Add egg and do not overwork the dough
Place in an enfarined container, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough, and line the bottom and sides of a 22cm diameter cake pan with removable rim
Filling
Slice bananas into rounds and arrange on top of dough
In a blender, mix eggs, cheese, granulated sugar, milk, and sweetened condensed milk
Pour over bananas and bake for
50 minutes or until golden brown.
