1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
Pour the water and yeast into a blender
Let it sit for five minutes
Add the remaining ingredients, except the flour, and blend at high speed for 15 seconds
2 Add 1 cup of flour, cover, and blend for 20 seconds
Leave it in the bowl for an hour
Blend for another three minutes

With floured hands, shape the bread and place it in a greased English muffin tin, 22 cm x 10 cm
4 Let it rise for another hour
Brush with an egg beaten and bake for about 40 minutes.
