Butter the empanada wrappers
Set aside
Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a blender combine milk, butter, eggs, cornmeal, and salt
Tightly seal and blend well
Remove from blender, add cheese, tightly seal, and blend just until combined, being careful not to overmix
Pour into empanada wrappers, place in baking dish, and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Carefully remove from oven, let cool, and serve pure with whipped cream or ice cream.
