Half a recipe of sweet bread
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine at room temperature
One-third cup of sugar
Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
One-half cup of raisins
One-half cup of confectioner's sugar
Two tablespoons of milk

Roll out the dough to a rectangle about 37 x 20 cm on a floured surface
Spread the butter or margarine evenly over the dough
Mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and raisins
Sprinkle mixture over the dough
Roll up like a roly-poly, starting from the longer side
Seal the edge well
Cut into 12 equal pieces
Place with the cut side facing upwards in a circular baking dish about 26 x 7.5 cm
Cover and let rise for one hour
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown
Turn out and flip again so that the golden-brown side is on top
Mix together confectioner's sugar and milk, and drizzle over the rolls while still warm
