For the dough:
100 g (6 1/2 tablets) of active dry yeast
2 cups of warm milk
1 kg of all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
6 eggs
4 tablespoons of oil
For the filling:
4 tablespoons of butter
6 tablespoons of sugar
For the glaze:
2 cups of milk
optional spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to taste
2 cups of sugar

Add all remaining ingredients to form a dough
Mix well
Let it rest for 1 hour
Batter the butter with the sugar until smooth
Roll out the dough into a rectangle
Spread the filling over the dough
Roll up tightly, then cut into 10 pieces
Assemble 5 pieces in each baking dish, forming a star shape
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Bake at moderate temperature (170°C) until golden brown
Prepare the glaze: mix all ingredients except sugar
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Tire from oven and spread glaze over slices
Serve.
