Process all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth
Divide the dough into 8 muffin tin cups greased with non-stick cooking spray
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack
Serve warm or chilled
Yield: 8 servings
Note: If you don't have a food processor, mash the banana with a fork and mix with the remaining ingredients.
