Let it cool slightly
Add dissolved yeast, eggs, and 3 cups of flour

Continue adding flour until you get a soft dough
Place on a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic
Shape into a ball and place in an oiled bowl
Flatten the dough to ensure it's even
Let it rise in a protected area for 30 minutes
Deflate the dough
Place on a floured surface and roll out
Cut into triangles
Dip in melted butter, starting with the longer side
Place in a baking dish with pointed end down, so they don't open while baking
Alternative shape: Roll out the dough and cut into 1-cm wide strips
Fold in half, twist the strips to form circles, and close the ends
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) for about 12 minutes
If desired, brush with egg before putting in the oven.
