2 passion fruits

4 tablespoons of butter

2 cooked potatoes, sliced
1/2 cup of fresh spinach

Mix the passion fruit and cream de leite, and bring to a simmer on low heat for a few minutes
Test the acidity and adjust as needed with a splash of lemon juice
Season the sauce with salt and pepper
Brush a piece of parchment paper with butter
Place sliced cooked potatoes and seasoned with salt and pepper on the paper, then add fresh spinach leaves that have been blanched in boiling water
Place the fish fillets on top of the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with the prepared passion fruit sauce
Pour a little butter over the top, fold the parchment paper to seal, and microwave at medium power for approximately 6 minutes
The parchment paper should puff up and help cook the fish.
