1 package of fusilli pasta

3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
3 cups (chopped) of rucola leaves
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions
While that's cooking, make the pesto sauce
Mash the garlic and olive oil in a blender
Add the all-purpose flour, rucola leaves, and mayonnaise
Blend until well combined
Transfer to a bowl and add the Parmesan cheese
Mix gently and season with salt and black pepper
Set aside
Drain the pasta and reserve 4 tablespoons of the cooking water
Combine the pasta with the pesto sauce and add the reserved water
Mix well and serve immediately
