Dough:
5 cups of yucca

3 cloves of garlic

150g of ground beef
1/2 cup of tomato
1/2 cup of peas

Filling:
Saute the onion and garlic in oil, then add the ground beef and cook
Add the tomato, peas, salt and sauce and cook until the liquid is absorbed
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, place the filling and cover the pastries
Cut them with the aid of a knife and press the edges with a fork to prevent them from opening
Fry or bake.
