1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 medium onion, cut into rings (100 g)
2 boneless duck breasts, cut into strips (600 g)
2 1/3 cups of fresh or frozen peas (300 g)
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 cup of soy sauce (shoyu)
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over high heat and sauté the onion and duck, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, until the meat browns
Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes, until they're tender
Add the soy sauce and stir for another 5 minutes, until it dissolves
Add the soy sauce (shoyu), vinegar, and stir until hot
Serve warm.
