Whip the egg whites in a snow-like consistency, then add the confectioner's sugar and liqueur, and whip again. Reserve
Slightly dampen the biscotti with coffee
In a refrigerator or individual cups, make alternating layers of biscotti, cream cheese, and whipped egg whites
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up
Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate powder sifted over.
