4 eggs

10 crushed Sonho de Valsa bonbons

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Butter the baking sheet and reserve
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
Place in the baking sheet and bake until firm (about 35 minutes)
Remove from the oven and, when cooled, demold
Trim the edges of the pastry and cut into four rectangular pieces. Reserve
Filling and topping
In a blender, whip the cream with sugar to form stiff peaks
Place a rectangle of pastry on a tray
Cover with one-quarter of whipped cream and top with one-quarter of crushed bonbons
Continue alternating layers until finishing with the bonbons
Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving
