Let it cool completely
Cook the plum in water for 10 minutes
Strain and chop
In a bowl, mix the cooked condensed milk, heavy cream, and plum
Set aside

In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cornstarch dissolved in milk, and cocoa powder
Heat over medium heat until thickened

In a refrigerator, alternate layers of biscotti soaked in orange juice, plum cream, and chocolate cream
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
