In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, carrot, green peas, green corn, celery, and season with salt, olive oil, lemon juice, and mayonnaise
In a refrigerator, alternate layers of bread and butter with layers of filling
Top the pavé with the remaining mayonnaise and decorate to taste
