Unfold the puff pastry and line a 9-inch springform pan, bottom and sides.Quote
Poke holes in the center of the crust with a fork, then line the crust with parchment paper
Bake the crust at 425°F (220°C) for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden
Remove from oven, letting cool slightly
Remove the parchment paper and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
Dip your brush in the egg wash, then spread the spinach cream over the pastry

Spread the cream evenly to the edges of the crust
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 40 minutes, or until firm to touch
Lift the tart out of the pan and transfer it to a wire rack
Let cool completely before serving.
