3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Pound the beef slices well
Dust with wheat flour
Beat the egg with milk
Mix salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and wheat flour (3 tablespoons)
Add the milk mixture
Beat well
Coat the beef slices in this mixture
Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan
Fry the beef slices until they're golden brown on both sides
Reduce heat and cover
Cook for 5 minutes or until the meat is tender
Add lemon juice to the grease left in the frying pan
Mix well and serve over the beef
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
Serve four ways.
