Mix the peanuts, milk, chocolate, and tartar cream
Bring to a boil over medium heat
Remove from heat and whisk in the butter
Allow to cool without stirring, then let it sit for a day
Add the peanut butter and blend until smooth and creamy
Pour into a greased mold and let it set overnight
Cut into small pieces with a knife and serve.
