1/2 cup of butter or margarine
1/4 cup of confectioner's sugar, sifted
1 cup of all-purpose flour, sifted
For the filling:
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of pecans
2/3 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of blackberry jelly
1 can of condensed milk, drained and patted dry pecans
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
1/4 cup of confectioner's sugar, sifted

For the filling:
2 tablespoons of cornstarch

Prepare the dough: In a bowl, beat the butter or margarine with the confectioner's sugar until creamy
Add the flour and mix until a soft dough forms
Shape into a 30 cm pizza crust and prick with a fork
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 15-20 minutes
Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Mix the cornstarch with the pecans in a small saucepan
Add the orange juice and blackberry jelly, mixing well
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly
Let cool slightly
Arrange the pecans on the pizza dough in concentric circles, one inside the other
Spread the filling mixture over the pecans and refrigerate
When serving, garnish with whipped cream.
