1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a blender, beat the egg, yolks, sugar, and milk
Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well
2 Grease a 25x15 cm baking dish with butter and arrange a layer of bread
3 Spread half the creme, distribute banana slices and raisins, and top with another layer of bread
Pour in the remaining cream
