2 cups of scalded milk

Divide the honey among 6 individual molds
Beat the eggs with a wooden spoon together with the grated carrot, cinnamon, and nutmeg until frothy
Add the milk gradually, stirring continuously
Pass three times through a sieve and pour carefully into the molds, being careful not to break up the honey
Place the molds in a baking dish with water
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 1 hour or until firm
Remove from water, let cool, and refrigerate
Unmold and serve
