Sprinkle the fish fillets with salt on both sides and place them in a 22 cm x 32 cm baking dish or cookie sheet, greased
Place 1/2 tablespoon of butter or margarine over each fish fillet
In a small bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, cashew, salt, black pepper, and melted butter or margarine until it's well combined
Divide this mixture evenly over each fish fillet, covering them completely
Place in the oven at moderate temperature (170°C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown
