Season the fish with salt and pepper and set aside
In a pan, mix together all the remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until a crumbly mixture forms
If necessary, add more butter
Place this crumble in the opening of the fish and wrap the entire extension with toothpicks
Transfer to a baking dish lined with parchment paper and preheat the oven medium-high
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes
Serve decorated with fresh herbs.
