1 kg of Lover's Cut of Fish
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons of green onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh manjericão, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
to taste salt and sweet paprika
1 cup of boiling water
2 egg yolks
juice from 1 lemon
1 kg of Lover's Cut of Fish

Clean and dry the fish pieces
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the green onion, manjericão, and garlic until fragrant
Let it simmer for a while
Add the fish pieces to the pan and make sure they're well coated with the oil
Season with salt and pepper
Remove the garlic and add boiling water
Let the fish cook until done
Mix in the egg yolks with lemon juice
Then, pour some of the fish broth into the yolks and add it to the pan, simmering for a bit to thicken
Serve immediately.
