Fry the garlic in olive oil until it starts to brown
Add the rice and fry well, stirring constantly
Add the broth, boiling water, and raisins
Close the pan, lower the heat, and cook until the rice is tender and loose
When the rice is almost cooked, reheat the pork mixed with the broth
Serve the pork with dark rice, and if desired, also serve with boiled carrots, drizzled with butter
