Preheat a microwave oven
In a ramekin, combine the butter and onion and cook on high for 3 minutes
Add the chicken seasoned with salt and pepper and cook for an additional 2.5 minutes on high
Mix halfway through cooking time
Next, add the flour gradually, mixing again
Combine the remaining ingredients and cook for an additional 3 minutes on high
Mix halfway through cooking time, remove from oven, and reserve
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe dish (make holes in each with a fork) and cook on high for 10 minutes or until they are soft
Serve the potatoes cut in half filled with the reserved chicken cream.
