Preheat the oven to high temperature
Cut eight squares of parchment paper, 25 centimeters on each side
Place them in pairs, one on top of the other, and reserve
Make a deep incision around the passion fruits, parallel to their length
Turn to separate the halves
Cut the fruit halves into four gummies, place them in a bowl, and add the remaining ingredients
Maintaining the parchment paper over each other, prepare the packages
Distribute the fruit among them
Close them and arrange them on a baking sheet
Bake for approximately 10 minutes
Serve still warm.
