Melt the milk chocolate and mix it with the whole milk and butter

Then add the heavy cream

Pour the resulting mixture into a silicone mold in the shape of a half sphere

Place it in the freezer for at least two hours

After freezing, remove from the mold and dip in chocolate

Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and serve chilled.
