Melt the chocolate, sugar, and coffee over low heat, stirring constantly until everything is well combined
Whisk together the cornstarch and cold milk, then add to the mixture
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and let cool
Divide the ice cream into 4 portions and drizzle with the chocolate syrup
Serve.
