Fry the bananas in butter or margarine until they're golden brown
Beat the egg yolks with butter until smooth
Layer bananas and whipped cream in a baking dish
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add sugar gradually
Beat well to achieve a firm meringue
Place the meringue over the bananas and bake until golden brown
Serve warm
