Make a jaboticaba jelly recipe and reserve it
Mix the flour with sugar over a surface
Create a depression in the center and add the egg yolks, butter, orange zest, and water
Mix with a fork, making circular movements from inside to outside
Gently knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass
Open half of the dough on the bottom of a 25 cm diameter opening mold
Cut off excess dough from the edge and place it along the side of the mold
Roll out the remaining dough into ropes and distribute them evenly around the edge, close to the edge
Press firmly with your fingertips until the entire lateral surface is covered
(Some mass should remain.)
Poke the bottom of the dough with a fork
Put it in a hot oven (200°C), preheated, for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven, let cool, demold, and place on a plate
Fill with jaboticaba jelly
