Cut the bananas in half lengthwise and arrange them on a lightly greased baking dish
Drizzle with lime juice
In a saucepan, mix together dissolved cornstarch, orange juice, red wine, apricot jam, raisins, and cinnamon stick
Simmer over low heat until thickened
Brush the bananas with the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes
Serve warm.
