2 small avocados (800 g)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (395 g)
4 tablespoons of lemon juice (60 ml)

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise
Remove almost all the pulp, leaving a small border
Brush the inside of the avocado skins with lemon and reserve them in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap
In a blender, puree the avocado pulp with sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth
Pour into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer or icebox for about 2 hours or until firm
Serve scoops of sorbet in the avocado skins
Serves: approximately 402 calories per serving
OBS.: If desired, discard the skins and serve the sorbet in four dessert dishes or plates.
