In a blender, combine all the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Transfer to a 9-inch (24 cm) diameter refrigerator-proof dish, cover and microwave on medium power for 4 minutes or until thickened, stirring every minute
Remove from microwave and mix
Let it cool
Distribute the cream among four plates
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour)
Garnish with the walnut halves and serve immediately
